A Novel Platform of On-line Sample Pre-treatment and LC/MS/MS
Analysis for Screening and Quantitation of Illicit Drugs in Urine

Conclusions

A fully automated method of sample pretreatment and quantitation for eighteen illicit drugs in human urine was
developed on a novel platform of CLAM-LC/MS/MS. The method performance was evaluated on the linearity,
accuracy, speci city and process ef ciency.
