                                                                                In fields of chemistry that mainly handle samples

                                                                                energy dispersive X-ray fluorescense spectrometer is
                                                                                effective analysis method, as it can achieve the sensitivity
                                                                                and precision close to those of wavelength dispersion. In
                                                                                particular, it makes it easier to do frequent measurement of
                                                                                liquid sample, compared with wavelength dispersion. It is
                                                                                also effective for analyzing catalysts and organic pellets for
                                                                                which pressure formation is difficult.
