            Discussion and conclusion

            We have developed a metabolic methodology by using LCMS-8050
            (SHIMADZU) and Pathpod pathway mapping system, to analyze the
            changes and temporal pattern correlativity of comparative intracellular
            metabolite amounts. Our results indicated that most amino acids
            showed negative correlations in the comparison of intracellular
            metabolic temporal patterns between growth phase and non-growth
            phase, except asparagine, aspartate, and glutamine. Based on the
            carbohydrate analysis in CMPs including glycolysis and TCA cycle
            reported by other studies, amino acid metabolism additionally provides
            information for animal cell cultivation and biopharmaceutical industry.
