Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient (R) results of tendencies in LC-MS/MS results of day 0, 1, 2
(growth phase) and day 3, 4, 5 (non-growth phase) were inputted to Pathpod mapping system. Correlativity values
of each metabolite were flagged by large red nodes (R > 0.8), red nodes (0.8 > R > 0.2), green nodes (0.2 > R > -0.2),
blue nodes (-0.2 > R > -0.8), and large blue nodes (-0.8 > R).
