              ・ H 2, O 2, N 2, CO 2, CH 4, CO, C 2H 6,
                 C 2H 4, C 2H 2, C 3H 8, C 3H 6 and i-C 4H 10
              Typical  Concentration Range:
              ・ 0.1 ppm for H 2, 50 ppm for O 2,
                 50 ppm for N 2, 0.1 ppm for CH4 and
                 CO, 1 ppm for CO 2 , 0.1 ppm for
                 C2 hydrocarbons (C 2H 6, C 2H 4, C 2H 2),
                 0.2 ppm for C3 hydrocarbons (C 3H 8,
                 C 3H 6) and 1 ppm for i-C 4H 10.
