Actual Size Track Testing System
Evaluation of Safety as Part of Urban Infrastructure
The railroad system comprises not only trains and railroad lines, but also a range
of supporting environments that coexist with the city. As such, it is part of the
infrastructure without which we could not live our lives. Evaluating the reliability
of many structures that make up the urban environment – bridges, overpasses,
electric facilities, and tunnels – is a further important element of evaluating the
railroad system.
Simulation Testing Using Actual Working Waveforms
There is significant demand for simulation testing using actual working
waveforms, in order to reproduce the vibration from trains and the load placed
while driving. The vibration waveform measured from an actual train is uploaded
to the system, which can simply reproduce and test high-level actual working
waveforms.
