Enhancing Capabilities in Pesticides Analysis
Using the Shimadzu Extended MRM Pesticide Library (the Library
includes information on 750 certified reference materials) a
single multi-residue LC/MS/MS method was developed for
646 pesticides (3 MRM transitions for each targeted pesticide
resulting in 1,926 ransitions in total, with a polarity switching
time of 5msecs) using the state-of-the-art LCMS-8050 and
LCMS-8060.

Analysis of more than 400 pesticides that used to require two
or three methods can now be accomplished with Shimadzu
high performance TQ-8040 GCMS/MS in a single acquisition
method created by Smart MRM function, significantly increasing
laboratory throughput.
